At Trust Your Gut, we provide holistic group coaching programs that empower you to reclaim your well-being and build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

Adapting to a new life in a different country or navigating the challenges of hormonal imbalance can feel overwhelming. For many immigrants, the shift in diet, environment, and cultural practices can lead to changes in gut health, which in turn affects both physical and mental well-being.

For women, hormonal imbalances can exacerbate these challenges, whether from stress, diet, or natural life changes like menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause. Symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, anxiety, and irregular cycles can have a significant impact on day-to-day life, making it harder to feel balanced and energized. Both hormonal imbalances and gut health issues are deeply interconnected with mental health, affecting not just physical symptoms but also emotional well-being and self-esteem.

    In the Heritage Healing program, we explore how your lifestyle has shifted from that of your ancestors and the impact this has on your well-being. We work together to reconnect with ancestral practices, address generational trauma, and create new, sustainable healthy lifestyles tailored to your unique needs. This program focuses on regaining a deep connection with your roots and fostering a holistic sense of wellness.

  • SyncWell

    Our SyncWell program is designed specifically for individuals with biological female body composition. This program addresses hormonal balance through nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and wellness practices. By understanding and syncing with your natural hormonal cycles, we aim to optimise your health, improve energy levels, and support overall well-being.

Hi, I’m Vanessa, founder of Trust Your Gut. I created this space to support immigrants and women navigating hormonal challenges (in English, Português y Español). .

I know firsthand how life transitions can disrupt our sense of balance. My mission is to help you regain control of your health by creating practical, sustainable wellness strategies tailored to your unique story. Through culturally aware, group coaching, we’ll tap into the wisdom of food, movement, and mindfulness to help you feel empowered and at home in your body—no matter where life takes you.
